- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and handle all sales-related paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to progress within a leading company.
- Knowledge of the Haringey area and local property market is a plus.
