Are you a confident AST property manager looking for your next move?

Are you confident at working independently and really taking ownership of your portfolio?

My client, a new-build business based in Wembley, are looking for a property manager to look after their portfolio of AST properties. Based a stones throw away from Wembley stadium, you will be working onsite at this development with easy reach of all properties. They are looking for someone extremely well organised to manage the properties where customer service is at the forefront or their minds. You will regularly see your tenants and build great relationships with the landlords at the same time. There's a real work hard play hard environment and team spirit in the office.

  • Asset Management
  • End of tenancies
  • Compliance
  • Weekly/monthly reporting

What you'll have

  • IT literate with experience in Lettings software
  • Strong knowledge of the housing act, and all other residential legislation
  • Experience progressing deposit returns and handling of disputes
  • Problem solving skills
  • Property Management experience
  • ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
