Are you an experience property manager who is looking for something different?

Do you enjoy building relationships with your clients and offer a 5* service?

My client, a management company in Central London, are looking to strengthen their property management team due to internal growth. You will be working on clients private London residences, looking after anything from booking drivers to working on refurb projects and everything in between. This isn't a typical property management job so building personal relationships with your clients and managing their individual expectations is key. No day is the same, one day you may be on the terrace of a penthouse in Belgravia and the next you may be buying groceries from Harrods!

What you will do

  • Manage a maximum of 30 Prime/Super Prime properties in central London
  • Know your portfolio inside out including client expectations of each property
  • Regular property visits to pre-empt maintenance issues before the client is onsite
  • Be proactive in knowing your clients' requirements prior to their arrival
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when requested by your client
