Are you working in an Estate Agency AST property management role looking to move client side?

My client, based near Paddington, are looking for an experienced property manager to join their residential team. With a portfolio of 300 properties across 42 buildings, you will be working with one other to manage the portfolio from start to finish. What you will get:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 salary
  • Discretionary Christmas bonus
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

What you will have:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management position
  • Proven experience of managing a large property portfolio
  • Strong experience of contractor management - negotiation, time management etc
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Hardworking and honest attitude
  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written English
  • Building compliance experience - fire risk, gas and electrical
  • Good team member skills
  • Competence in Microsoft Office

What you will do:

  • Carry out six monthly AST property inspections
  • Carry out yearly Rent Act tenants
  • Carry out quarterly common part inspections
  • Inspect or delegate where necessary any empty residential properties every two weeks
  • Ensuring all works are rOn receipt of check-out report, please action any recommended repairs to be carried out
  • Dealing/evaluating all repair calls & instructing out as necessary
  • Ensure all HMO's/FMO's or properties requiring licences/selective licences are registered with the local authorities and renewed as necessary
  • Dealing with any insurance claims
  • Instruct out EPC's/renewals required
  • Draw up a Tenant's Guide on any new properties
