We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Senior Resident Services Manager to assist with the operations of two BTR residential schemes in East London.
The role works 40 hours per week, fully flexible across all days. Shift patterns 8am - 5pm may vary.
About the developments
These developments consist of 125 and 150 beautifully designed residential apartments in a large-scale scheme with high quality amenities for residents to use.
About the role
We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic Senior Resident Services Manager to assist with the operations of two BTR residential schemes in East London.
The Senior Resident Services Manager will provide world class customer service, operational excellence, along with onsite lettings and property management services. The role is based full time on-site, reporting to the General Manager.
About you
Customer service is central to this role; you will need to enjoy working with people and be passionate about the opportunity to deliver experience.
Experience in a customer facing role is key and knowledge of the lettings process.
