deverellsmith has been instructed by an exceptionally well regarded real estate company to find a Senior Residential Research Analyst to join the growing business.
This person will sit within the wider Sales & Marketing team in the research department. They will report directly into the Head of Residential Research and will be their second in command.
This ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within in a research role where they have a good understanding/knowledge of the Residential Development industry. It is imperative this person has previous experience in pricing schemes, providing research driven development sales advice and creating board level reports.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
Review pricing strategies and ensure that the recommended pricing reflects the latest market trends.
Coordinate the pricing of all shared ownership schemes by instructing external surveyors, calculating target incomes and ensuring pricing strategies are in line with relevant guidance.
Identify key trends in level of specification and onsite service provision on schemes.
Take the lead on the production of the wrap up reports, evaluating and analysing the performance of the scheme.
Prepare the launch pricing strategy with all relevant information.
Highly experienced data analyst with demonstrable knowledge of the property market and able to collate and analyse data in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing databases or CRM system, creating dashboards, extracting reports, and ensuring data quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce accurate, detailed and high-level reports and forecasts to a high standard for effective interaction with internal and, to a lesser extent, external stakeholders
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the London residential market
Have a deep network of London residential developers and sales agents (desirable)
Experience in Power BI desirable but must show willingness to learn
- This role is a Monday – Friday position with flexibility available. The salary offered is dependent on experience.
