Senior Sales Consultant

An amazing opportunity for a Sales Consultant has come up working for a luxury retirement housing developer who has a strong pipeline of beautiful developments coming up until 2030!

My client is looking for someone who is empathetic, understanding and extremely patient who is willing to really understand their buyer's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting property viewings
• Visiting potential buyer's homes
• Maintaining relationships with potential buyers
• Negotiating offers on properties.
• Achieving sales targets
• Providing support to junior sales staff

Experience:

• Proven track record of success within sales
• Solid communication and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and is a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management
• Experience within New Homes is preferred.
• Experience selling retirement New Homes is preferred.

The role:

• 30-40k based on experience
