We're now seeking an experienced and driven Senior Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to join my clients team and play a pivotal role in helping customers achieve their home ownership dreams.
Your Role:
As a Senior Shared Ownership Sales Consultant, you will bring your expertise and leadership to drive sales performance and support a growing team. In this customer-focused role, you'll guide clients through the Shared Ownership process, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Your strategic approach will also contribute to shaping the success of our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Efforts: Act as the primary point of contact for high-value or complex sales inquiries, setting the standard for excellence.
- Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice to prospective buyers, guiding them through eligibility checks, viewings, and the purchase process.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about housing market trends and Shared Ownership regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice for customers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, housing associations, and external partners.
- Target Achievement: Drive personal and team sales performance, consistently exceeding targets while maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer journey and operational efficiency.
About You:
- Experience: Significant experience in property sales, Shared Ownership, or affordable housing schemes. A proven track record in a senior or leadership role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Shared Ownership schemes, affordability assessments, and housing market dynamics.
- Leadership: Strong mentoring and team collaboration abilities, with a passion for developing others.
- Technology: Proficient in CRM systems, digital tools, and property sales platforms.
- Attitude: Proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
What's on Offer:
- Up to £44k basic, £12k on top commission- £56k OTE.
- Tuesday- Saturday, 9:45am-5:15pm.
