We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join a growing team cover London's prime Central London Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the property industry and a proven track record in sales. If you want exposure, structure and clear progression within a successful and top performing office, this is for you.
The role.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Conducting property viewings and valuations
- Generating new business through networking and marketing efforts
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property information and sales records
Who are they looking for?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in property sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Good knowledge of local property market and current property values
The Package.
