Responsibilities:
- Negotiate property sales and guide clients through the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities
- Work closely with other members of the sales team to achieve targets
- Keep up-to-date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property sales and negotiation
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Results-oriented and target-driven
- Knowledge of the property market and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
- £30,000 basic
- Car allowance
- £70,000 OTE
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
