Senior Sales Negotiator, Prime Central London

About you
The successful candidate should have a natural thirst for sales, a determination and hunger to sell premium property in some of the most desirable postcodes. You must have 1 years experience as a sales negotiator and have a natural ability to build strong relationships.
Ambition, hard working and determined are few attributes required along with a sparkling attitude. You must exercise a good team spirit within office environment.
About the role
- Register and maintain regular contact with applicants, building strong relationships within local area.
- Ensure a methodical daily task structure is implemented to maximise productivity.
- Accompany all viewings with applicants providing an excellent customer experience.
- Build on existing negotiation skills and focus on tailoring this to individual applicants/clients.
- Maximise opportunities to increase revenue.
- Use CRM system to input data and use accordingly on daily basis.
