Senior Sales Negotiator, Hyde Park
My client is hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator based in a vibrant and well sought-after corner of Hyde Park. This role offers an amazing opportunity to sell properties in the heart of W1.
You will be joining a long established global brand. They bring credibility and sincerity with an authentic reputation which precedes them within the industry.
Key responsibilities
- Managing telephone, walk in and e-mail enquiries across all price ranges.
- Conducting viewings and taking ownership of continued applicant care.
- Maintain and deliver exceptional service and standards to existing applicants and clients ensuring regular updates and feedback.
- Keeping informed of market updates and trends.
- Focus on growing relationships locally.

The key purpose is to employ an individual who is keen to join the exciting office and focus on thriving within a team. You must have confidence, be personable and ambitious working within Bayswater, Mayfair and Marylebone. The aspiring candidate can be an aspiring Estate Agency professional or someone who wants a new challenge with a 1-2 years experience.
The rewards
- OTE £50k plus (pooled commission)
- Office Hours are 8:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am - 4pm and ½ day in lieu the following week
- Car allowance £3000
- Day off for birthday
- 2 wellness hours per month
