Attention all Senior Sales Negotiators! Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge that will push your skills to the limit? We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Senior Sales Negotiator a dynamic team in Swiss Cottage.
In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating high-end property sales across multiple schemes.
As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be part of a team of 3. Your primary focus will be on selling new homes, so previous experience in this area is essential. You will need to be a proactive, self-starter with a hunger for success.
The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of between £75,000 - £85,000. You will be working on a pooled commission basis, meaning you will be rewarded for every UK deal, as well as any deal you assist the international teams with.
Although you will be based day to day in the Swiss Cottage head office, you will be expected to travel to various sites for viewings. But don't worry, the communal company sales car and driver available for special clients is on hand.
This is a Monday to Friday (9-5.30pm) role, with every other Saturday required for viewings.
