Senior Sales Negotiator Position - West London

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. Based out of a brand new office in West London, the company have lots of exciting plans for this branch in particular and the wider organisation.
As much as this office is brand new and has undergone a £350,000 refurbishment, this company operate on an open book. This meaning, it is not a cold start office, you can sell stock across their already well established network of 7 offices across central London.
With this role you will be the only negotiator for sales in the office, working closely alongside the sales director. This meaning for the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to learn and up skill from an individual that has over 10 + years of knowledge within the property industry.
No need for sales progression within this role with the main responsibilities being to conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and then move onto the next property.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary up to £24,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £50,000. There is no need to drive with this position, travel expenses within working hours are paid for. Five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.
The ideal candidate:
- 12 months minimum estate agency experience
- Track record of successful billings
- Understands the investor markets (ROI and Yield)
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
- Committed to working weekends
