Senior Surveyor up to Partner Residential Development Agency
East London

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Land agent to join a growing team dedicated to residential development across London, Essex and Hertfordshire.
The role will include interfacing with a variety of private developers, Landowners, Housing Associations and public sector clients.
MAIN DUTIES
- Identify and appraise a wide range of development opportunities
- Acquiring and disposing of sites for clients
- Holding existing relationships with developers and building new lasting relationships
- Co-ordinate with external consultants in preparation for marketing sites
- Contributing to business development effort, identifying, and supporting in winning new mandates
TO BE CONSIDERED:
- RICS Qualified (desirable)
- Capable of taking a lead role in pitches, transactions, discussions and negotiations with clients
- A proven track record in a land transactional role
- Comfortable networking and building relationships
- Strong financial acumen with a pro-active approach
- Good commercial acumen, negotiation skills and understanding of market dynamics
- Self-starting and ambitious
