My client is seeking an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to working on this joint venture development in Reading on a Fixed Term Contract basis. You will have impeccable attention to detail, strong knowledge on shared ownership with previous experience qualifying eligible candidates in addition to experience selling new builds off plan.
The Details:
- £30k+ basic, £50k OTE depending on experience
- Tuesday- Saturday working, with Sunday and Monday off
- 8:30am-5pm
- Start with 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, to ensure you have time to relax and recharge

The Role:
- Advising Customers: Guide customers through the sales process, offering advice and support to progress sales smoothly.
- Sales Suite Presentation: Ensure the sales suite is always well-presented and welcoming to visitors.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the sales database to keep all customer and sales information current.
- Customer Engagement: Meet and greet customers on-site, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Customer Qualification: Collect customer details and assess their requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Enquiries: Handle incoming sales enquiries promptly and effectively.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, showcasing available units to potential buyers.
- Stock Unit Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of stock units, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
About You:
- Expertise in Shared Ownership: Strong knowledge and experience in managing shared ownership sales.
- Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- High-End Property Sales Experience: A solid track record in selling premium properties, within the new homes sector.
- Target-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Teams, and in-house CRM platforms.
- Customer-Centric: A keen focus on customer satisfaction with great attention to detail.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
