Our client is a marketing leading house-builder that operates within the realm of high-end, volume residential projects throughout London. Their expertise lies within regeneration and sustainable living!
They are currently seeking a dependable and committed Site Manager for a project which is coming to the end, and you will then move over to another volume scheme.
This is a temporary contract which will lead into permanent for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of site management within a house-building capacity on a main contractor's site. This represents an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with an established company on intriguing projects that have longevity.
The perfect Site Manager should meet the following criteria
- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS Black Card.
- Managed volume schemes
- Previous experience in working with exclusive clients and architects
- Proficiency in Health and Safety procedures, including the ability to create Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs). Proficiency in overseeing labor and supervising subcontractors.
- Strong IT skills
