- £12.ph. plus all NI contributions, holiday and pension paid on top
- low pressure environment; no targets or KPIs
- 5 shifts per week.
As a switchboard operator, you will be responsible for answering the phones to guests for a prestigious hotel, as well as answering any written queries via the website site.
On a day shift, you can expect 8 hours with a 30 minute break - either 7am- 2:30pm, or 2:30pm - 11pm.
You will need:
- excellent written and verbal communication.
- to be well-presented and customer focused.
- flexibility to work day or evening shifts (please specify which works for you).
