- low pressure environment; no targets or KPIs
- 5 shifts per week, nights (11pm - 7:30am with 30 min break)
As a switchboard operator, you will be responsible for answering the phones to guests for a prestigious hotel, as well as answering any written queries via the website site.
Someone who can do this permanently would be ideal.
You will need:
- excellent written and verbal communication.
- to be well-presented and customer focused.
