Job Title: System Administrator

Location: London

Type: Temporary (3-4 months) with the possibility of extension

Salary Range: £28,000 - £30,000 per year

Start Date: First week of October

Are you an experienced System Administrator with a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for technology? Do you have Recruitment tech experience, particularly with Bullhorn, and a strong grasp of Microsoft suite applications? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a System Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving daily system issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to our operations. You should be technically minded and proficient at troubleshooting basic problems.

  • Communication: Collaborating with system account managers and providing exceptional customer support through help desks. Strong communication and triaging skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Technical Expertise: Leveraging your experience with Microsoft suite applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel, to optimise our system's functionality.

  • Recruitment Tech: Utilising your Recruitment tech experience, especially with Bullhorn, to enhance our recruitment processes and systems.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • System Administration Experience: Proven experience in system administration, demonstrating your ability to manage and troubleshoot complex systems effectively.

  • Recruitment Tech Experience: Ideally, you have experience with Recruitment tech, particularly with Bullhorn, giving you a strong foundation for this role.

  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: A deep understanding of Microsoft suite applications (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel) is essential.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Strong technical acumen and the ability to troubleshoot basic system issues.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with system account managers and efficiently resolve issues.

  • Triage Skills: Strong triaging skills to prioritise and address help desk requests effectively.

  • Hybrid Work: Willingness to work a minimum of 3 days in the office and the flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
