TEAM CO-ORDINATOR - London based.

Our client is looking for a team coordinator to join their already thriving Commercial & Agency Department team, made of four further teams: Living & Land, Industrial & Logistics, Retail & Leisure, and Offices.

They are looking for a team coordinator to join their already fun and dynamic team, to assist in their wider needs.
What will you do?
As a team coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the wider team, delivering exceptional client services whilst working on wider Partnership tasks:
- Diary management, setting meeting reminders, managing travels and bookings, as well as dealing with emails and inboxes.
- Handling and responding to phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Note taking and minutes during meetings, planning and attending conferences, covering EA when needed, and maintaining an electronically organised filing system.
- Raising invoices, working with the Marketing and Bid teams on pitches and website updates.
- Preparing pitch documents, reports, presentations, briefing materials, reports on team performances, etc.
What our client is looking for:
Our client is after an individual able to work well under pressure, who can establish great interpersonal relationships with the wider community of the brand, show flexibility in working hours, and be self-motivated. In return, the company offer:
- Monday to Friday, 9:30AM-5:30PM, with later opportunities to go hybrid.
- £35,000 - £38,000 per annum.
