The role:
- Diary management to the Sales and Marketing Director
- Coordinating meetings for the wider team
- Supporting a large team with invoices, office supplies and senior team expenses
- Booking overseas travel and managing itineraries
- Supporting with events planning
- Organising meetings, meeting room and refreshments, breakfast and lunches
