Technical Coordinator | London | £45,000 - £55,000 + package
Deverell Smith are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join our client, a leading housing developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality homes across the country. They are passionate about creating vibrant communities and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to their clients.
They are currently seeking experienced Technical Coordinators to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical information for the development of residential housing schemes, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Coordinate technical information for residential housing schemes
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure technical information is accurate and complete
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning permissions
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support to site teams
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to the Technical Manager
- Ensure all technical documentation is up to date and accurate
You will be joining a growing team who have gone from strength to strength over the years, they pride themselves on staff retention and have great internal training and development in place to ensure everyone can develop and progress.
To be successful with your application ideally you will have;
- Experience within a similar role for a housebuilder
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations and planning
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
