Position Overview

We are seeking a experienced Technical Manager to join a Residential Developer and work on a regeneration scheme in central London. The Technical Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all technical aspects of the project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and milestones.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the construction process, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
