Our client is a market leading consultency that spealise in delivering distinctive procurement services to clients within the residential industry, spanning Build to Rent, the Private Rented Sector, and Student Accommodation.
As a business, our client offers an exclusive approach which enhances the entire service life-cycle, from optimising processes to realising significant cost reductions. They are looking for an efficient Technical Services Manager to join their team ASAP.
This is a rare freelance opportunity which could lead to a permanent offering if you want to work for a growing MEP consultency. Primary functions include: liaising closely with clients and service providers, facilitating procurement processes for clients, either remotely or in client's office, and supporting the business.
You will need to visit projects across the UK and be comfortable with the following packages: Architectural Plans, Mechanical Plans, Electrical Plans, Plumbing Plans, Fire Protection Plans.
You'll need to have a technical understanding of the above and ideally will be a strong communicator as you will be updating senior contacts within the client base.
Nationwide role as developments are across the country, they have an office in London West End
- £250-300 per day, outside IR35 - all travel expenses paid for
