Job Title: Technology Assistant

Location: London

Employment Type: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office)

Start Date: Beginning of October

Contract Type: 3-4 Month Fixed Term Contract (Possibility of Extension)

Hourly Rate: Approximately £14 per hour

Role Overview:

As a Technology Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and providing support to our recruitment team. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office, and it offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Assist in the administration of our technology systems to ensure they are running efficiently.

  • Recruitment Tech Support: Provide support to our recruitment team by troubleshooting technology-related issues, particularly with Bullhorn.

  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Utilise Microsoft Suite applications such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel for various tasks and projects.

  • Communication: Effectively communicate with system account managers and internal stakeholders to understand and address technology-related issues.

  • Triaging: Prioritise and triage technical issues, escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in system administration is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or other recruitment technology is a strong asset.

  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent triaging skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
