Job Title: Temp New Homes Sales Consultant
Salary: £11-£14 per hour
We are currently seeking a Temp New Homes Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes to prospective buyers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Promoting and selling new homes to prospective buyers
- Conducting viewings of show homes and site visits with potential buyers
- Providing information and advice to buyers about the development, including floor plans, specifications, and pricing
- Managing leads and maintaining a customer database
- Negotiating with buyers to achieve sales targets and ensuring all sales paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service to buyers throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets
- Liaising with developers and contractors to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and market trends
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the property industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional and personable approach
- Knowledge of the property market and new homes developments in London is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
