What you’ll do:
The role of a Tenancy Progressor is to assist the lettings teams with each tenancy from start to finish. You will:
-Upload and update tenant and landlord information.
-Provide general office administration support to the team (answering the phones).
-Upload and update tenancies.
-Upload documents, do paperwork and ensure information is kept up to date.
-Produce referencing letters and distribute them to the landlords.
-Ensure the tenancy spreadsheets are kept up to date.
-Arrange check ins and property cleans.
-Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure a smooth move in process.
-Organise key releases for maintenance and check ins.
-Work closely with the lettings team by providing administrative assistance.
-Customer service skills.
-Great time management.
-Attention to detail.
-Working well in teams and independently.
