Are you currently working as a lettings negotiator but fed up of working weekends?

Are you a property manager dealing with renewals but had enough of the day to day maintenance issues?

My client has the perfect solution for you!

They are looking for someone to come in who is currently working negotiating renewals in their PM role or new lettings contracts. You will be used to working to targets and knowledgeable about the lettings market and process.

What you'll get

  • Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
  • 20 days of annual leave
  • Basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Commission (£35,000 - £40,000 OTE)
  • Progression as the team increase

What you'll do

  • Negotiating tenancy renewals by liaising with both Landlords and Tenants three months prior to tenancy expiry date, offering professional advice to both parties
  • Negotiating optimum tenancy terms, rental increases, long-term secured tenure etc.
  • Drawing up and sending out renewal documentation
  • Ensuring renewal compliance by obtaining up to date certificates from the Landlords
  • Drawing up and sending out Excess Deposit Forms
  • Recording thoroughly all actions and conversations on our internal database
  • Conducting a daily follow up of all outstanding negotiations
  • Issuing and chasing all renewal documentation in a timely manner
  • Inputting renewal and termination data in line with the internal process (TLN Tracker)
  • Confirming end of tenancy details with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring various internal Departments are aware
  • Arranging end of tenancy conditions (check outs, renewal of certificates etc.) on non-managed portfolio
  • Drawing up and sending out Tenancy Deposit return forms, utility and void management forms (where applicable)
  • Upholding Department service standards
  • Working closely with New Deals Tenancy Progressor as & when required by the company on a cover basis
  • Dealing with queries from Client Accounts Department relating to Renewals & Deposit returns
