Trainee Sales Negotiator

My client is looking to hire an ambitious candidate who has a bright and bubbly personality and energetic attitude as a trainee sales negotiator.
The role
You will be working for a fiercely successful Estate Agency with a strong presence throughout London. Provided with all the resources, tools and training required, you will have a combination of on boarding to equip you with the best overview of the property market.
Regularly speaking with applicants in search of their new property, you will establish relationships and build rapports, conduct accompanied viewings and learn about the market and get to know your patch.
Working in a busy and fast paced environment you will work within an established team offering you ongoing support. Each day will be structured allowing you to plan effectively to ensure your targets are met and you reach your maximum potential.
The day will comprise of a combination of correspondence with applicants from the existing database and new enquiries, you will use the information you have to match property requirements and offer an unrivalled service.
Hours - Monday & Friday 8.40am - 6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.40pm - 7pm
Salary & Benefits
- OTE £35-40k plus - commission is uncapped
