Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice to clients within the property development sector.
- Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop tailored strategies.
- Offer guidance on investment opportunities, tax-efficient solutions, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and financial regulations to provide informed advice.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their financial objectives are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as legal experts and tax advisors to offer holistic financial solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are preferred.
- Proven experience in wealth management, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and tax strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards in client interactions.
