Role: Wealth Manager

Location: London

Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000

As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic Wealth Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the financial well-being of their valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice to clients within the property development sector.
  • Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to develop tailored strategies.
  • Offer guidance on investment opportunities, tax-efficient solutions, retirement planning, and estate planning.
  • Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios, making recommendations and adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and financial regulations to provide informed advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their financial objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other professionals such as legal experts and tax advisors to offer holistic financial solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are preferred.
  • Proven experience in wealth management, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and tax strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards in client interactions.
