Are you great at writing and managing web content?

Fancy working for a business who love to create and deliver real value to clients, shareholders, and their own employees?

This company is looking for a Website Content Manager to join their rapidly expanding marketing department.

Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Marketing Operations Lead and Demand Generation, our client is looking for an organised, residential expert to help bolster their content production.

The company

This company is a financial and professional services film specialising in real estate services and investment management. They thrive on attracting the best of the best and are keen to challenge employees to develop enduring client relationships built on quality service, collaboration, and trust.

Some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Creation and management of the content strategy and calendar for the website and digital portfolios
  • To constantly and relentlessly review their content to ensure it's relevant and accurate
  • To look for opportunities to innovate in their content production, while taking a consumer-focused approach
  • To write and edit snappy advertising copy with clear and engaging content
  • To work closely with the in-house videographer, graphic designer, and the website/product team

About you:

An ideal candidate will be a conscientious content manager with fantastic copy-writing skills. Ideally have 3+ years' experience in a marketing content or broader marketing role.

  • Experience in a real estate professional services or estate agency business preferred
  • Experience in copy-writing with proven examples
  • Ability to incorporate SEO strategy and best practice into everyday digital content creation and management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal stakeholders

We work as one

The key to growth is in our differences, not similarities. Alongside our partners, building a diverse, inclusive, and equal environment is at our core: everyone is made to feel welcome and encouraged to be their authentic self. Respect isn't an opt-in, it's the only way forward.
