Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a weekend consultant, ensuring the smooth functioning of the site and providing unparalleled customer service.
• Develop a deep understanding of the site's operations and become a go-to person for any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate closely with the client to address their needs, offering tailored solutions and expert advice.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, documenting activities and providing comprehensive updates to the client.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, well-informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a lone working environment.
• Previous experience in a consultancy role or a similar customer-facing position is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work weekends, from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm on both days.
