Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Hybrid - Central London (3 days in office) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + OTE £25,000 - £40,000Our client, are a premium furnishing service provider for agents, investors, property developers, and other residential property providers across the UK, including build-to-rent developers, student accommodation, and care home providers. They have been at the forefront of this sector for the past 20 years, operating at the intersection of B2B &amp; B2C, service &amp; retail. <h3>About the Role:</h3>We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth within the Residential Real Estate sector. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop new business opportunities and manage key relationships within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.The role will work with a diverse range of clients, from large-scale property developers furnishing multiple units to one-off orders for property managers.
