Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers, offering expert advice on the development, specifications, and buying process
- Conduct high-quality sales presentations and property viewings in the marketing suite
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them from initial inquiry to exchange and completion
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to maximise sales opportunities
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and the local property landscape
- Ensure all sales are compliant with company policies and industry regulations
Who We're Looking For:
- New Homes sales experience preferred, but we will consider candidates with a strong background in estate agency sales
- A passionate and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive part of the sales team
- A professional and polished approach, suited to engaging with high-net-worth buyers
