Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: £27,000 + £150 car allowance per month + 1.2% of department income (OTE £35,000)

About the Role:

Our client, a well-established and growing property management company, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Alton, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service for landlords and tenants alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

• Oversee tenancy renewals, inspections, and property maintenance issues.

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests and repairs.

• Conduct regular property visits and provide detailed reports to landlords.

• Handle deposit disputes and ensure compliance with relevant tenancy deposit schemes.

• Liaise with accounts to ensure rent payments are up to date.

• Stay up to date with industry legislation and ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential property management is essential.

• Strong knowledge of property legislation and regulations.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
