A meticulous property management company is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join their team at a premium residential development. As the face of the development, you'll provide exceptional front-of-house customer service while supporting crucial operational processes that ensure the property maintains its high standards.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service as a brand ambassador
- Respond professionally to resident queries, complaints and concerns
- Support asset management routines including mobilisation, risk assessments and contract management
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all systems and procedures
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding when addressing resident needs
- Liaise with key stakeholders including clients, contractors and internal teams
- Report on compliance levels and recommend improvements
- Support the wider team with financial management awareness
