We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Hackney. You will be responsible for managing and growing a high-performing sales portfolio while providing exceptional service to clients throughout the property sales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle property viewings, valuations, and negotiations with buyers and sellers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and applicants
Generate new business through effective canvassing and networking
Manage and progress property sales from instruction to completion
Deliver expert market advice and price guidance to clients
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with relevant regulations
Mentor junior team members and support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in residential sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with the Hackney property market is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Benefits:
£26k basic salary - OTE £60-£65k
