<h3>Sales Associate - Shared Ownership (Temporary, 2-3 Months)</h3>Location: Whalley, Lancashire Rate: Competitive hourly rate Contract: Temporary (Approx. 2-3 months)We are working on behalf of a well-respected housing provider to recruit a Sales Associate for a Shared Ownership development in Whalley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to step into a key sales role on a temporary basis, supporting the team during a busy sales period.<hr /><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Advise and guide prospective buyers through the Shared Ownership process</li><li>Manage and progress sales from enquiry to completion</li><li>Conduct viewings and qualify potential purchasers</li><li>Maintain and update the CRM and sales database</li><li>Welcome customers to the marketing suite and ensure it remains presentable</li><li>Handle incoming enquiries and follow up on leads</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (IFAs, solicitors, etc.)</li><li>Support stock unit maintenance and presentation</li></ul><hr /><h3>Essential Skills &amp; Experience:</h3><ul><li>Knowledge and experience in Shared Ownership is essential</li><li>Proven track record in property sales, ideally within new homes</li><li>Strong negotiation and customer service skills</li><li>Confident using Microsoft Excel, Teams, and in-house CRM systems</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication</li><li>Detail-oriented and highly organised</li><li>Able to meet and exceed targets independently</li></ul><hr /><h3>Key Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve confidently</li><li>Flexible with working hours, including weekends</li><li>Team player with a proactive approach</li><li>Access to own transport due to site location</li></ul><hr />This is a brilliant opportunity to join a driven and supportive team, contribute to a high-quality development, and make a real impact in helping people get onto the property ladder through Shared Ownership.If you are available immediately and meet the criteria, we'd love to hear from you.
