They have a lovely office in buzzy Shoreditch with a roof terrace.The Role:They are seeking an experienced Tenancy Progressor with expertise in Reapit to ensure smooth tenancy operations. The role also involves managing a small portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and renew tenancies using Goodlord &amp; Reapit.</li><li>Prepare and send tenancy agreements and terms of business for electronic signature via Goodlord &amp; Adobe Sign.</li><li>Conduct Right to Rent checks for tenants.</li><li>Ensure all compliance documents (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs) are up to date.</li><li>Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and pre-tenancy preparations.</li><li>Register deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).</li><li>Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and check-out reports.</li><li>Organise and review inventory check-ins/check-outs.</li><li>Arrange key cutting for properties.</li><li>Oversee general property management for a small portfolio.</li><li>Conduct quarterly property inspections for managed properties.</li><li>Handle landlord and tenant queries, ensuring a high standard of service.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Essential: Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator.</li><li>Essential: Proficiency in Reapit.</li><li>Desired: Property management experience (but not essential).</li><li>Strong organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-focused approach.</li><li>High attention to accuracy and detail.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>9:30 starts!
