My client is delivering a major regeneration project in Greenwich. This is a long-term, design-led venture focused on creating a new, thriving community for over 30,000 future residents. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service to residents, investors, and visitors.
The Role:
The Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of around 150 residential apartments, ensuring proactive, efficient property management and excellent customer service. This role is integral to the Lettings team and supports the ongoing growth of the portfolio as new buildings are completed.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management
- Manage a portfolio of properties to a high standard, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries, resolving issues efficiently using approved contractors and internal teams.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage end-of-tenancy processes, and oversee deposit returns.
- Monitor rent collection, address arrears, and advise on legal or insurance actions when needed.
- Support tenancy renewals and coordinate seamless transitions during re-marketing.
Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords through clear, responsive communication.
- Provide accurate, helpful information and handle all interactions in a professional, friendly manner.
- Aim to exceed expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Operational & Compliance
- Ensure all actions are logged accurately and systems are kept up to date.
- Follow internal processes and comply with relevant legal and safety standards.
- Register and offboard tenants on relevant portals and systems.
- Support reporting on team performance and KPIs.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential property management.
- Solid understanding of tenancy legislation and maintenance processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
