Key responsibilities
- Process and manage customer account receivables
- Conduct payment chasing activities via telephone and email
- Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
- Prepare aged debt reports and analysis
- Liaise with internal departments regarding customer queries
- Support month-end reporting processes
- Assist with credit limit assessments and recommendations
- Handle customer payment allocation and reconciliation
Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year's experience in finance or credit control
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Professional telephone manner for customer interactions
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance function
