  • Oversee the full tenant lifecycle: referencing (Goodlord), tenancy preparation, deposit registration, move-in, and ongoing management
  • Progress new tenancies and manage renewals, arrears, and invoicing via PayProp
  • Arrange check in's, check out's and mid term inspections
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Prepare and execute agreements through DocuSign
  • Coordinate maintenance, inspections, compliance, and contractor relationships via Reapit
  • Resolve challenges and uphold service standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, landlords, and internal team
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, ensuring organisation and attention to detail

Essential Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in residential property management; team leadership experience preferred
  • ARLA Propertymark level qualified or equivalent experience

  • Proficient in tenancy platforms; Goodlord, deposit schemes, PayProp, DocuSign, and Reapit
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong organizational skills
  • Confident communicator who participates actively in meetings and can mentor others
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability especially when trouble shooting tenant maintenance requests.
  • Understanding and acting on opportunities to grow the department both in unit numbers and revenue.

Benefits

  • One day working from home after initial induction
  • Day off for moving home
  • Birthday day off
