Salary: £38,525 + OTE up to £12,000
Contract: 18-Month Fixed Term
Hours: 37.5 per week (Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5:30pm)

What You'll Do
Manage sales activity across South London developments (Lambeth & Southwark)
Host viewings and guide buyers through every step from enquiry to move-in
Keep sales suites and show homes immaculate and on-brand
Liaise with internal Sales Progression and Marketing teams for a seamless customer journey
Ensure affordability checks and eligibility requirements are met
Keep CRM systems up to date and stay on top of admin - clean data means smooth sales
Monitor void units weekly and keep properties secure and show-ready
What You'll Bring
At least 1 year of property sales experience - estate agency or new homes
A clear understanding of Shared Ownership and affordability (or willingness to learn fast)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with CRM/sales platforms and confident handling end-to-end sales
Proactive, positive, and customer-focused mindset
Driving licence a bonus but not essential
