Sales Consultant - Shared Ownership New Homes
Salary: £38,525 + OTE up to £12,000
Contract: 18-Month Fixed Term
Hours: 37.5 per week (Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5:30pm)
Location: South London

A leading name in affordable homeownership is on the lookout for a driven and personable Sales Consultant to help guide first-time buyers through the shared ownership journey. You'll focus on real results - not high-pressure sales or unpredictable pipelines. This is property with purpose - and weekends you can actually plan for.

What You'll Do

  • Manage sales activity across South London developments (Lambeth & Southwark)

  • Host viewings and guide buyers through every step from enquiry to move-in

  • Keep sales suites and show homes immaculate and on-brand

  • Liaise with internal Sales Progression and Marketing teams for a seamless customer journey

  • Ensure affordability checks and eligibility requirements are met

  • Keep CRM systems up to date and stay on top of admin - clean data means smooth sales

  • Monitor void units weekly and keep properties secure and show-ready

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of property sales experience - estate agency or new homes

  • A clear understanding of Shared Ownership and affordability (or willingness to learn fast)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with CRM/sales platforms and confident handling end-to-end sales

  • Proactive, positive, and customer-focused mindset

  • Driving licence a bonus but not essential
