Finishing Foreman - Covent Garden

Location: Covent Garden, London
Rate: £280 per day (CIS)
Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Start: ASAP

We're urgently seeking a Finishing Foreman for a high-spec residential project in Covent Garden. The ideal candidate will come from a trades background (carpentry preferred) and have a strong eye for detail and top-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing finishing trades (carpenters, decorators, etc.).

• Managing snagging, inspections, and handovers.

• Ensuring high-end finishes and attention to detail throughout.

• Coordinating with site and project management teams.

• Keeping works on programme and to spec.

Requirements:

• Strong background as a Finishing Foreman on residential sites.

• Carpentry or similar trade background essential.

• SMSTS/SSSTS preferred.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Able to start immediately.
