The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join this elite team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in high-end property sales within one of London's most dynamic and prestigious developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and provide expert market advice to vendors
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Manage the sales process from initial instruction through to exchange and completion
- Accompany viewings and negotiate sales terms between vendors and purchasers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Stay updated on local market trends and new developments
- Collaborate with the lettings team to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Represent the agency at networking events and industry functions
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property sales or high-end retail (essential)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Knowledge of the Nine Elms/South London property market (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
- Fluency in additional languages would be advantageous
