Your Role

• Delivering a premium customer experience from first enquiry to completion
• Hosting appointments and viewings with confidence and professionalism
• Selling the vision - guiding buyers through the process before show homes are ready (2027)
• Proactively nurturing a buyer database and building lasting relationships
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Experience in new homes sales - house builder or agency background
• Ideally 2+ years experience, though ambitious candidates with 12+ months will be considered
• Confident, proactive, and well-presented
• Comfortable with off-plan selling, guiding and hand holding buyers through their journey
• Knowledge of the Bath housing market is an advantage
• A team player - collaborative, trustworthy, and target-driven
