We're currently representing a leading Build-to-Rent operator in London who's looking to hire a Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a chance to work across a large, multi-asset BtR portfolio, helping shape reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across thousands of homes.

The role:

• Monthly management accounting across the BtR portfolio: budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, cost allocations, and asset performance reporting.

• Work closely with operations, leasing, and asset teams to provide insight and support strategic decision-making.

• Exposure to senior reporting, financial modelling, and leadership discussions.

What they're looking for:

• Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).

• Experience in real estate, property portfolio financial reporting, ideally Build-to-Rent or multi-asset.

• Strong analytical skills and confident stakeholder communication.

• Comfortable managing volume and scale across multiple properties and cost centres.
