Lettings Consultant - 6-Month FTC | Peterborough Area | £30,000-£35,000 + Bonus + Mileage | Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)

Are you ready to hit the ground running in an exciting, fast-paced property role? We're looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Consultant to join a rapidly growing build to rent operator on a 6-month fixed-term contract, covering stunning new-build developments in the Peterborough area.

You'll be the face of the brand locally - showcasing beautiful homes, delivering a first-class customer experience, and playing a key role in achieving occupancy targets.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

• Conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and guiding prospective tenants through the lettings process.

• Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth and positive move-in experience.

• Reporting on lettings activity and providing valuable feedback to help shape marketing and pricing strategies.

• Coordinating with internal teams to make sure every tenancy runs seamlessly from start to finish.

• Ensuring all systems and records are kept accurate and up to date.

🌟 What We're Looking For:

• Experience in residential lettings, real estate, or property sales (BTR/PRS experience an advantage but not essential).

• A confident communicator with great people skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage your own workload and make informed decisions.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, positive environment.

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car (mileage fully reimbursed).
