Customer Care Co-Ordinator

Location: Enfield | Salary: £31,000 per annum | Hybrid Working: 1 day per week from home

We are seeking an organised and proactive Customer Care Co-Ordinator to join a supportive team of three within a busy property environment. This role has become available due to a retirement and offers the opportunity to work with a helpful and attentive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing customer care for a portfolio of 500 residential units
• Processing and coordinating defect reports (currently 200-250 emails per week)
• Raising defects and scheduling contractors efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with residents
• Working effectively under pressure to meet service standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a customer care role
• Ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and work well under pressure
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT proficiency

Desirable:

• Previous experience within the house building sector
• Knowledge of COINS software
